Can i use a USB hub to split 1 USB WIFI adapter?

I currently have a home made wifi receiving antenna on my roof (to access UCR internet) and want to hook it up. I had bought an access point but i dont think it works. I was wondering if i could use a USB wifi adapter to connect to a hub and split among the rest of my computers around the house?

1. Stay clear of USB Adapters they are poor, For Internet Access use Ethernet Cable either Cat-5 or -6 Adapters generally need drivers and are a pain and not reliable
