USB Gloves

Where does a USB iPod Cable plug into on my Pioneer Radio?

I just bought the Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD player for my 2002 Nissan Altima. This is a double din DVD/Radio for my car. With the radio, I also bought the Pioneer CD-IU50V 0.5M USB iPod Cable so that my iPod will show up on the touchscreen. Where does this cable plug into, the front OR back of my actual radio?? I'd like to plug it into the back so that I could run the cord into my glove box so that the iPod wouldn't be visible, but still be plugged in. Is this possible for me to do?? Please help..
