Can i use both wireless PCI adapter and USB adapter in a single system?

I have Netgear wireless PCI adapter & USB adapter. I installed both now. I don't know which adapter the browsers use for network connection. Can i use both the adapters for packet receiving so that i get maximum speed. I Want some detailed explanation.

1. You want some detailed information but do not provide any yourself. Link aggregation depends on many factors (such as which version of Windows you are using, if indeed you are using Windows) and generally requires some additional software for Windows except for the latest server versions. However, using wireless networking to the same or even a different AP on the same or a overlapping channel is not going to provide any additional speed whatsoever. The signals sent for one adapter will also reach the other and it is unable to receive anything while the first is receiving - the available bandwidth is shared between machines (or adapters) on the network. This is different to cabled links where each link has its own dedicated bandwidth provided the network is fully switched.
