how can i use alpine stereo usb to laptop?

my new car stereo does not have an aux in like my older sony one, but it does have an ipod and usb adaptor that runs from the back through my glove compartment I do not own an ipod and used to run the music through the aux in. is there a way i can connect my laptop to stereo via usb as though it was just a storage device?

1. Not easily...you could get a flash drive, and copy some of your songs over to it, and play them from there...
