How do I get my Microsoft Zune to work on the Clarion VRX575USB?

I have a Clarion VRX575USB In-dash DvD CD and DVD player. I have the USB cable running out through the glove box but when i try to plug in my Microsoft Zune into the USB port it acts as if it doesnt read it.. there are no songs on the screen or anything... Any help is greatly apreciated :D Thanks
